I got pregnant back in June 2025 and this app has been my guidance since day one . All symptoms and confusions were so well explained . I ordered several products as well at good deals . I delivered my beautiful baby boy this feb and now it’s an emotional goodbye to this app but I had to post this review. If you are pregnant please use Healofy app . Amazing service thank you Healofy team .

Not useful
I’m using Healofy and that showed me “Labour and Delivery master class” subscriptions. In that I showed you are subscribing Labour and Delivery master class + Healofy GOLD membership for lifetime. But after the payment is made the subscription was not active so I had to contact customer care where they had activated only Labour and Delivery master class. Again contacting with customer care they activated GOLD membership. So it was a week by the time of subscription and activation. Now the GOLD membership is again expired, on contacting customer care they are denying it. Then why the hell they mentioned for lifetime???.
Pls don’t believe this APP.

Best app to track pregnancy & supercool customer care support
We have been using this app for to track our baby’s development and we found that this app provides accurate details exactly matching with scanning results.
Also, there baby’s cloth, toys and product are of top notch quality with Superfast shipping within a day.
Also, I would like thank Shipra (Customer support team) when I had issue with one of my delivered ordered, I contacted Healofy support and Shipra placed a new order immediately. I have never seen any issue being resolved within one min. Thanks Shipra and Healofy to make customer experience exceptionally easy and heartwarming.

Why server is error? This app doesn’t work. Please fix it or else I’ll have to uninstall the app.
Disappointment
I ordered a stretch mark cream via the Healofy app and prepaid for it. The order shows as “delivered,” but I never received it. I emailed support and called the number provided, but got no response. Very disappointed. Please refund my amount immediately!

Notification content can't locate in app
I don't see the comments in the application that come daily in the notification. Only partially visible in the notification. When it opens, it goes to the home page and cannot fully read the content. Please see the solution

I cant order a single product for my wife , every time i try to place order with cod the app gives a error ‘’ something is wrong “ and i just read the review saying the customer support team do not even receive the call and i agree to it i tried calling the phone several times , and please dont tell me to email anything at your company email address its just another scam and excuse to run away from what you are doing with the customer, i can completely say with my 100% assurance that this is just fake , the good reviews are not real they are fake , stop being even downloading the app . Best App for Motherhood and Parents
I am using this app since I was pregnant and was in search of something informative as there were nobody to tell me what to do or what needs to be taken care , I was away from family due to working schedule. I some how got to know from Instagram about this app and it’s actually the best one. My baby is now three months and still I am referring this app about the growth as per age of baby, Dadi ke nuskhey, Chat support with all other Mothers, doctors. Products are also best and I am in love with maternity kaftan, stretch marks cream and lacto granules just started, breast pads are of best quality. I am writing all these as these are my personal experience and want all other mothers to refer this app who actually are clueless during pregnancy and lactating period. One drawback is I am unable to upload my profile picture and cover page , raise it to fix the concern. Still it’s same. Rest I will recommend all mothers and parents to use this amazing app. I will rate 5*****

This app performance is really poor in ios. Too many bugs and the customer care never answers to calls/mails.
Somehow after I correctly entered my LMP date, the app showed my gestational age 2 weeks ahead. And my gold membership also went 2 weeks ahead which i could not use anymore and was utter waste of my money. There is no means of communication with the customer care to get these issues resolved. Very unhappy with my experience in this app.

I have logged in once my baby was born and from day 1 I love the tips which are given by well qualified experts because each day there are changes in my baby and the same tip was in the application so I can say that experts have dealt with keen observation. Dadi nuskey is one more best I felt
