Built for patients of hospitals running the HealOS EMR platform, it gives you direct, secure access to your own health information and your care team. What you can do: - View your health records, vitals, and visit history in one timeline - Log your own vitals between visits - Access lab and diagnostic test results as they become available - Join video calls with your care team, with in-call chat - Get medication reminders, including alarm-based alerts so you never miss a dose - Store and access your health documents - Use the Emergency button to locate the nearest hospital with available beds - Manage emergency contacts and grant emergency access to your records - Record a living will or advance directive - Check your hospital wallet balance, top up, and view billing statements and insurance details - See exactly who has accessed your medical record, and when - Show your QR patient ID for fast check-in at partner hospitals - Chat with an in-app AI health assistant for general guidance - Sign in securely with passkeys, Face ID or Touch ID Your data is protected with encrypted storage and an access log you control.
