With a complex rota of staff with different skills and grades our normal eroster does not work effectively when looking for bank staff. This app simplifies what’s needed and is in real time.
The SOS button is particularly helpful when a shift needs cover at short notice.
Staff who would like a bank shift are listed in the order they state their availability so it is a fair system.
The authors have responded quickly to update and improve the functionality based on feedback & suggestions by users.
I would recommend the app to anyone who has a rota for staff that still needs shifts covered or a simple way to send a message out to all bank staff in one easy move.
