I bought this watch because I hate the Google health app sleep analysis… but set up instructions are not clear about how to set up sleep analysis… it is not working and instructions I found on line do not match what I can find on the watch. Very very frustrating and depressing!
Excellent health data app
It combines all data points very effectively and correlates between them masterfully, for example link low hrv to low sleep for 2 days got flagged and interlinked.
The notifications of activity are to the point and accurate too. Excellent app overall!

Perfect for my tracking needs
My aim was to find a simpler solution to health app while not compromising on the amount of data and general trends.
This app is perfect as I can add the exact data points I need - calories, steps, hr, carbs intake. On main home page itself I get today’s values, daily average values so I know how im doing today.
On clicking the main icons the detailed view is also just like you need with monthly, weekly data.
My only gripe was it took long time to load but it seems it is now solved, it loads data instantly.
This app solved my needs perfectly and kudos to the devs for coming up with the app.

I want to like this app
This app, when it is working correctly is quite good, but unfortunately is is incredibly slow, the app appears to freeze and you can’t do anything with it, and updating the statistics takes forever, if you can be bothered to wait for it. I’m going to have to find another app and come back here sometime in the future to see if it’s been improved.

I actually quite like this app. It’s better presented than apple health.
Nice widgets
I use the steps and distance widget on both phone and my watch face. Though I wish it also synced with my Garmin watch which it does not.

Hi, thanks for the review. The Garmin data can be synced if it reaches Apple health kit but as of now we don't do it directly.
Good one place solution
The app tracks all health data and it is great to co relate all data in one place. Fantastic customisation options like goal settings are a bonus.

Added second star because dev has updated the privacy policy; but it says it uses a third party service that collects “non-identifiable information.” It is fine if that is what the dev wants to do, but the app listing should indicate, at the very least, “Data Not Linked to You”. That would make the app listing compliant with Apple’s definition.

Why is Google getting my data
I see Google and other 3 rd party providers in the privacy policy when no data is getting collected.
