Puts me in charge
I love this app. For over a year it delivers my medical visits/labs, etc to my phone. This enables me to ask questions and use AI to graph my progress. Now i am the captain of my healthcare. The good news is that this will certainly continue to be more helpful.

Care Guide
I was floored by how personal the Care Guide AI was. It knew what my previous conditions, meds, allergies, etc. without me having to input them. Heath Bank One had already gathered all my medical records across my doctors, pharmacy, and labs. I simply asked it questions and it gave me a very concise message that I could understand because I’m not a medical professional. It is the first place I go now even when it comes to my kids being sick. For example, my kids had a rash and asked “what is this”, the next thing I knew, it had determined that it was a poison ivy and gave me ways to treat it. I didn’t have to hunt for the right answer on Google and didn’t have to bother my doctor with something minor and also incur a copay.
I love it. No need for Google or WebMD anymore.
