Cannot seem to find the wellness activities that I am supposed to complete through my employer. The two that I have completed seemed pretty pointless honestly!
Difficult to navigate
Cannot seem to understand the app and the help desk does little to alleviate this issue. I was told by my provider that I just had to do 4 activities within a year to keep my benefits but there’s no way to see what they are, how to do them or when. It seems like a waste of space on my phone.
App is useless
Forced to complete tasks which are unnecessary then the response is ridiculous, offering treatment I did not provide substantial data to warrant
