The Import to no where

Yes, it imports but no one know where it goes.

Crashes when importing data

Did not work for me. No help in the app to troubleshoot. Crashes after choosing the xlm file

$25 is nuts in 2026

Claude or Codex can write this app in 10 mins. The price needs to be reduced.

Great Aftersales!

Dan IS the man. Unlike a lot of developers Dan backs up the developing with great after sale advice and information.

It's useless

Even the demo scene is stuck in eight years ago

Toller Support

Der Entwickler hat sehr schnell auf meine E-Mail reagiert. Dank seiner Hilfe beim Splitten hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support!

Zu teuer

Not working

Crashes when importing data

Works, but pricey

It’s a little bit pricey for what is probably a one-time thing, but it did the job and I’m not going to knock them too hard for it.

Scam!

They don’t do anything valuable. Duplicates data. Removes resources. Inaccurate so useless. They are not giving my money back either. Canceled in 20th minute.

No Support

Meine Health Date war zu groß, leider konnte ich diese nicht splitten da die Split App veraltet ist. Der Support ist nicht erreichbar

Doesn’t import data

App does nothing with the provided data (pdf, html, or xml) from my hospital stay. I even converted the files to .csv & still nothing. Requesting a refund.

50:50 if this will work for you.

I never drop reviews, but it seems like 8 months of Apple Watch data is enough to break this app, almost exporting everything, but not quite. If you have a Mac, you can use their tool split your file, if not? Well. You just paid over 5 dollars for only some of your data. Frustrating that this hasn’t been blatantly addressed seeing this is a multi year problem.

Do Not Buy if a Windows User

First time I've ever felt compelled to review an app. This does NOT work if you have more than a very short history of health data. This app cannot handle "large" data import so it requires you to download another tool, but it is only available for Mac. It instructs Windows users to email their support but they do not respond, even after multiple follow ups. Complete waste of money for an app that has an upfront charge. DO NOT BUY

Doesn’t work with current iOS 18.

Arnaque

Ne fonctionne pas.

Absolute junk! Crashes every time!

I had to delete my Health apps, and their databases, to solve a data sync problem across devices. So I exported my data and bought the Health Importer bundle to restore data to my iPhone (XS; running iOS 17.5.1) to restore the database and re-sync to the other device. No matter what I did, the importer would crash and import nothing. Apple Health generates thousands of data points every month. If, like me, you have a years-long database, with hundreds of thousands of data points, and need to restore it, forget it. This app will just crash and not import anything. I needed to provide my Apple Health data to my health care providers and now all I have are two unusable XML files. This developer should be thankful my personal resources are limited. Because this kind of data loss is the stuff lawsuits are made of. Update: The free Health XML Splitter Mac desktop app —designed to break up large Apple Health XML databases into smaller chunks that Health Importer can use— also doesn’t work. All it did was create one highly compressed database that also made Health Importer crash.
