About

A notebook for your health. Yours alone, and only on your phone. Health Diary is where you write down the things that concern you: the appointments you had, the values from your lab reports, your weight, the medicines you take, your allergies. Like a paper diary, but made for these things. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is no sign-up and no login. Everything you write stays in your phone's storage: it is never sent anywhere, we never see it and nobody else does. There is nothing to set up. PHOTOGRAPH THE REPORT Take a photo or load the PDF of your lab work: the app recognises the values and fills them in for you, showing what it read before saving. Recognition happens on the phone and the document never leaves the device. BRING IN WHAT THE HEALTH APP ALREADY KNOWS If you want, the app copies into your diary what you already have in the Health app: weight, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, body temperature, body fat and workouts. You choose what to import and how far back. Reading is one-way: we never write anything into Health, and imported data stays on the phone like everything else. For days with many measurements — your watch's heart rate, for instance — you get one row per day with the average, the lowest and the highest, so your diary does not fill up with thousands of rows. Your first import is free; further imports are part of the Full Unlock. YOUR VALUES OVER TIME Every parameter shows the latest value, the history and a trend chart, with your laboratory's own reference ranges. You can compare two reports and see what changed. FOLLOW ONE THING FROM START TO FINISH The clinical diary gathers therapies, appointments, lab tests, exams and your own updates into a single thread. YOUR SHAPE Weight goals, body measurements, BMI, meal plans, progress photos and workouts, with routines you save once and recall when you need them. DON'T FORGET Reminders for upcoming appointments, for medicines at the right times, for when a pack is running out and for the check-ups that come back every year. WHEN IT MATTERS FAST The emergency card shows blood type, severe allergies, current therapies and who to call, in two taps. TO BRING TO YOUR DOCTOR A summary PDF with lab tests, therapies, allergies and exams, to show or to print. THE DATA IS YOURS A full backup in a file you keep wherever you like, optionally password protected. CSV export. If you change phone, it comes with you. THE FULL UNLOCK One purchase, no subscription. It includes: the PDF report for your doctor, statistics and charts, medication reminders, recurring check-ups, family profiles, more attachments and videos, importing from Health as often as you like, a code lock on parts of the diary, the yearly medical-expense summary, and reading several reports at once. SEEING AND READING COMFORTABLY Dark mode, following your phone or set by hand, and three text sizes: when the lettering grows, boxes and spacing grow with it, so nothing overlaps. Available in Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. On iPhone and iPad. Health Diary is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment, it does not interpret your values and it does not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. For any question about your health, speak to your doctor.

What's New in Health Diary

1.0.7

September 30, 2026

DARK MODE AND EASIER-TO-READ TEXT The app follows your phone: keep it dark and the app goes dark too, or choose for yourself in Settings. We also reworked the contrast of every piece of text, in light and dark: no more faded greys or light text on light backgrounds. Report photos stay exactly as you took them. TEXT IN THREE SIZES Normal, large or very large. Text, boxes and spacing grow together, tab bar labels included. TODAY'S PILLS ON THE HOME SCREEN Today's doses sit at the top of the home screen and you tick them right there, without opening anything. The full screen has its own icon, and ticking a dose no longer closes it. IT READS REPORTS PROPERLY The scanner handles documents scanned with the iPhone and picks the right number: it no longer mistakes the reference range for the result, understands labs that print the value on the line below, and keeps percentages apart from absolute counts. With the Full Unlock it reads several photos or PDFs at once. THE PADLOCK — Full Unlock A six-digit code on Diary and Body, or on a single journey or goal, that you lock and unlock straight from the list. The content is genuinely encrypted, which is why the code cannot be recovered. MEDICAL EXPENSES — Full Unlock Your year added up, ready for whoever does your tax return: visits and tests come in on their own; pharmacy, co-payments and glasses you add with a photo of the receipt. VISITS KNOW WHERE AND WHEN Time, practice and an address that opens Maps; the day-before reminder now includes the time. In the list you see the reason first, then the doctor. TIDIER SETTINGS Eight groups instead of sixteen rows. The emergency card now lives inside your health record. FIXES If the app locked with Face ID while you were writing, what you had written is no longer lost. Date and time fields no longer run off the edge of the screen.
