About

Your iPhone has been keeping years of records — steps, sleep, heart rate. But the moment you want to ask an AI about them, you stop: where do you even get the data out? This app gathers those records into one text file that an AI can read. ■ Hand it to whichever AI you already use What comes out is plain text. No integration to set up, no account to create. ・Tap Copy and paste it into your usual AI chat ・For longer periods, share it as a text file instead It doesn't matter which AI you use. This app's job ends at preparing one readable piece of text for whoever you choose to give it to. ■ You only pick what to ask Every metric with records is exported, whatever you pick. The only choice is the question. Pick another one and the request for the AI changes on screen. ・Overall … trends, days unlike your usual, and what to do next. Start here if unsure ・Sleep … sleep trends and how to sleep better ・Training … training load and whether you're recovering ・Mood … how your mood relates to your body data ・No questions … ask nothing, let the AI look freely The request for the AI is written into the file as well. A line like "tell me the trends in this period" goes at the top, so you don't have to think about what to ask after handing it over. ■ No need to tell it what devices you own It never asks whether you have an Apple Watch, or what your earbuds can measure. It looks at the period you chose and lists only the metrics that actually have records. Nothing you can't measure appears in the list, and no empty columns end up in the file. ■ You know whether it fits before you send it Chat boxes have limits. After exporting you see the character count and an approximate token count, and whether it will paste as is. If it's too long, it tells you what to shorten. Three months of every metric comes to about 15,000 characters when summarised by day. You can switch individual metrics to every single sample when you need the detail. ■ What gets exported Around 30 metrics across activity, heart, respiration, sleep, body, nutrition, mobility, hearing, mind and cycle tracking — from steps and heart rate to sleep stages, blood pressure and state of mind. Only the ones with records in your chosen period are included. Distance and weight can be shown in miles and pounds, or kilometres and kilograms. ■ Blood pressure, glucose, nutrition and cycle tracking Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), blood glucose and nutrition (dietary energy, water, protein, carbohydrates, fat) can be exported too. Menstrual records are only included if you turn them on in settings. Until then, the app doesn't even ask for permission to read them. ■ Even a full year fits Rows can be grouped by week or by month. Values are the daily average over days with records, so long-term trends are easy to see. ■ Getting the numbers across correctly ・Some metrics, like steps, are written by both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. Adding them up would overstate them, so the values are what Health reports after removing duplicates. ・Sleep can also be recorded twice for the same night, so overlaps are merged first. ・A blank means no record exists — not a value of zero. The file says so. These notes go at the top of the document, so whoever reads it doesn't misread it. ■ It doesn't connect to anything Data is handled only on this device. This app never sends it anywhere. You decide who receives the exported text. No account, no sign-in. ■ Please note This is not a medical device and not for diagnosis or treatment. If something concerns you, please see a doctor. An AI's answer is a reference, not a substitute for medical judgement. Available in 12 languages, and you can choose which language the text is written in.

What's New in Health for AI

1.7

October 1, 2026

- Picking a purpose no longer changes the data. Every metric with records is always exported; a purpose only sets the request for the AI, and picking another one swaps that request on screen. - Five choices now: Overall, Sleep, Training, Mood, and No questions. The main one also asks what to watch over the next month. - The main screen is reordered: period, what gets exported, what to ask, the request. - The tip jar was removed. There is no in-app purchase.
