Another Government Blunder
Kicks me out every time is scroll to the bottom. Not surprising what does the government do well other than squander our money!
Working ok for me
Was able to use the BC Services card app to log in. My lifetime history of prescribed medications and immunizations are listed. My recent lab results were updated and viewable here via summary or a PDF link of the actual document. Seems to have been improved since some of the reviews from a few years ago

Not what I was expecting
It was advertised as being an app where I could see results/reports etc. This is not the case.
As others mention, it’s simply a date of service and prescription medications filled. No lab results or diagnostic test reports available at all.
Where I can, I’ll go to LifeLabs so I can actually see my results.

What do I get from this?
I was expecting to see records, results, doctors notes. All I see is the list of past appointments that were billed but nothing else. Why bother at all if I can’t see anything?
Minimal data structure / too much tapping
Data records are there in a flat list by date. You need to open PDFs to see details. The LifeLabs online MyCareCompass is a better tools for reviewing results and lets you see trends over time.
The Health Gateway login process is terrible. Even with the BC Services Card app on the very same phone, it takes TEN TAPS of redirections and confirmations to log in. The icing on the cake is that you must agree to terms and conditions EVERY TIME you log in.

Useless app
Waste of time
Fix your app!
I can’t even get past the terms of services screen, won’t let me click accept, cancel, or close the window. Went through the trouble of getting the BC Services Card app just for it to not work👎🏽
What’s the point if you can’t log in?
Cannot even access the numeric keyboard to enter in my PHN, the first entry needed to get access… seriously?!

App freeze when loading terms of service. Can not cancel or agree. Just frozen. Fix it

Why?
So I download this app but it wants me to download another app to login using my BC Personal Health Number. That means I need 2 apps to gain access. This is so lame!
Terrible waste of time
Waste of time, takes you in circles with the bc services app. Not sure why they’re forcing you to have 2 apps downloaded to access your health info when this could just be a singular website. Confusing, difficult to use, I’ve actually never had more difficulty using an app than this one in my entire life. I just gave up cuz I can’t be going in circles like this

Worked As Expected
Not sure about the other reviews but worked great when for me. Downloaded and logged in with my bc services app no issue. Was able to access all my info from there.
Not synching
Installed update. App says it is synching, but will not synch/show any records in 2025.
No health apps to connect it with
I think this app can easily earn five stars if they made it an option to sync your records to the Apple health app
