Health Gateway

Health Gateway gives you a private way to sync selected Apple Health data and make it available through your own secure MCP connection. Choose which HealthKit categories to allow, sync approved data to your private account, then connect a compatible assistant to summarize activity, workouts, sleep, and supported health metrics. Health Gateway is read-only: it never writes data back to HealthKit.
