Health Hub East Belfast

This app is a community guide featuring the voluntary, community and statutory services of East Belfast for people living in the area. Featuring information on health services including updates on events, helplines and vital local resources. It was created by local people to help those in need and to provide easy access to essential information. In this app, you will find information on community organisations that provide support within the East Belfast area, including an introduction to what they do and how you can contact them. There is also information on services available to help people cope with a range of issues, including addiction, poverty and mental health. A distance guide is also provided so you can see how close you are to these essential services. Users will also be kept up to date on local events which are updated regularly.
