It is super helpful. I went to the doctor after it said I might have plantar fetitus and he said that I do in fact have it. It's really reliable, but as it says, it isn't a full diagnosis. If you think you have anything that the app says, seek a doctor for a diagnosis. But overall, it is super helpful.

The app is very user friendly and helpful. Although the process for suggested diagnosis could be made better by suggesting conditions for related body systems and could be further improved by adding in helpful tips to help a patient heal more quickly or ease their pain if it applies. This could become an all in one emergency aid for people when it's urgently needed. The idea of such an app seems really appealing like some AI doctor from a sci-fi movie but there's still room for development.
