I know this apps build using Flutter. You simply dont have to reload the page every time user go back. Use deferred indexed stack. Then please improve mobile responsive in e-store page. You should be ashamed !
App is down
If you need users to obtain the voucher from the app , then you should not allow the app to down for maintenance for > 24 hours
Health Tracking
Top reason for me to install this app is Health Tracking but HORROR. U take a blood test n several days later get results. When u enter the results, what date u use, date blood drawn or date get results? App forces to date data entry, CANNOT CHANGE. Same for blood pressure n everything thing else. It’s just so so WRONG. U are supposed to track the EVENT, not the data entry. Then once data entered, CANNOT CHANGE! I’m not going to use this app anymore. If Healthlane doesn’t improve the app in 3 months, I’ll delete it
