Health MCP: Private Sync

Connect your agents to Apple Health. Health MCP syncs an encrypted copy of your Apple Health data to the cloud, where an agent you approve can retrieve it and decrypt it in a trusted execution environment. Your private key never goes to the Health MCP service. RECENT DATA FIRST Launch your first sync and see when recent data is ready to use while older history continues loading. The Overview shows the available date range, data freshness, live progress, and sync history. Pause and resume without starting over. CONNECT THROUGH REMOTE MCP Add https://mcp.healthmcp.cc/mcp to a compatible agent, then approve its pairing code in the iPhone app. Direct integrations need code execution, privately configured secrets, and trusted decryption code. A chat-only client cannot decrypt your health records. The signed iPhone app includes exportable trusted helpers and a desktop connector. The desktop connector requires Node.js 22 or newer and an assistant that supports local stdio MCP. Both connection paths use the same encrypted cloud service. CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE Share readable heart, sleep, movement, body measurement, workout and activity data, plus daily summaries that merge overlapping sources. Nutrition, reproductive health, symptoms, audio exposure, ECG recordings and precise workout routes are optional and off by default. Available data depends on your devices, region and Apple Health permissions. YOUR PERMISSION, YOUR KEY Health values are encrypted on your iPhone before upload. Approve each client before it can access your encrypted cache. The agent you choose receives the records it decrypts, and that provider's own privacy and retention policies apply. Revoke individual connections in Agents. Remove optional data, rotate your key or delete your Health MCP account and encrypted cache in Settings. Revocation stops future access; records an agent already received cannot be recalled. Apple Health remains the source of truth: Health MCP never writes to it. Health MCP will attempt background refreshes, but for the newest data, open the app occasionally and let it finish a sync. Background sync and push notifications depend on iOS. A large first backfill works best with the app open and a good connection. V1 includes up to 2 GiB and 500,000 encrypted objects per account. No advertising or tracking SDKs.
