Make statements available in the app instead of having to go to internet banking and you have a very useable app.
Simple and good
The HPB app is very simple but has everything a banking app needs. I’ve never had any issues with the app at all, and I’m really glad I switched banks.

Substantial Improvement!
I was compelled to update my review because the latest update which overhauled the app has been a welcome change and a substantial improvement over the previous app! It is now an A grade bank app that is competitive with the major big banks. With a modern UI (I.e green coloured highlights for credits in the transactions lines,) and advanced features such as FaceID for login it is now a pleasant app to use. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that for a week or so the app was broken and wouldn’t open despite deleting & reinstalling it continued to not work but I believe they are working hard to restore it properly. However, on the apps actual merits it’s VERY good!

Pathetic app and customer service
App crashes often and you have to keep deleting it and re-download. So annoying
