Interesting Information Displayed

Very good and knowledgeable! Youโ€™ll learn a thing or two from this app. Thank you so much ๐ŸŒนโค๏ธ

Wonderful information, not so great archive!

Thank you very much for the free, well-written scientific health information!! I have learned very much from most of the daily tips, and used to be able to archive the ones I benefitted the most from; however, I am no longer able to archive new ones any longer! I would also REALLY appreciate sharing my favorites to my Pinterest boards - PLEASE!!

Out of Touch

Lisa Best may be holistic certified and have a PHD, but she is out of touch as to what is going on.

Good spp

I like the tips, for several months Iโ€™ve been unable to drag the tip into the archive. The app needs a bug fix, please.

Good most of the time

Good info for the most part, but sometimes the claims conflict with modern studies. An obvious bias is occasionally observed when citing research (such as that on GMO foods). Mostly accurate and helpful tips, however.

Misleading information

Enjoyed this app for a while, until it had a tip containing false information about autism not existing in Amish communities and suggesting this was related to the similarly-untrue assertion they don't vaccinate. Can no longer trust the scientific literacy of those behind this app in any way

Great resource!

Thanks for providing free advice and health tips! Keep it free! Informative and smart :) thanks for helping those of us who struggle with our health

Unsubstantiated sources

Bad science

False information

After reading a "tip" that was advocating the correlation between autism and vaccines, I have chosen to delete this app due to a concern of future false information. Only one article was released suggesting this and it has been disproven over and over again.

Good but wrong autism information

This app gave many good tips but once it claimed a link between autism and vaccinations, that was the end. Some of the "up and coming" information it gives is suggestive at most even when reviewing the articles behind the statements. One thing to keep in mind with this app: not everything you read is based on facts.

NOT CREDIBLE

Don't let this app fool you, it's just like any other bogus source claiming to know what's good and bad for the body. The "certified nutritionist" provider is just a fancy term to hide the fact this person is NOT a registered dietitian who are licensed to give such nutrition advice in compliance with the academy of nutrition guidelines. Helpful and informative app

This app is easy to use and very helpful for our health.

I

I enjoy your informative tips and try to incorporate some into my life. May I suggest you reconsider the font size as I find it very small and I cannot change it on my iPad. Thank you for this app.

Great app

Love this app.. Great deal of information

Great stuff

Great stuff - how do I know?compare it to other sources. Read it daily when published and have for 2-3 years. Would not miss it. for decades I have read several nutrition sources (print books newsletters podcasts) on nutrition. About 60% of Lisa's news is real news to me. And most my sources have news I have read elsewhere; 98% of Lisa's advice, I take to the mind-body bank. The other 2% stuff I leave pending mo' better evidence :-)

Used to be good

Tips are good but ever since the "upgrade" you can no longer archive any tips. So your options are either to memorize or screenshot them. Really hate this change, used to be one of my favorite apps.

A great app everyone should have

I love the daily health tips! The only thing I would change would be the constant reminder to rate it on the App Store. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Great Work! Would be a "5" with an archive fix

Thanks for tackling the complex world of health. It's truly impressive to deal with all the pros and cons of a complicated health matter and turn it into a concise tip. (Most of us are too busy for anything long and drawn out on a daily basis). After all the apps name is Health Tip of the Day, not Health Essay of the Day! On a technical note though, the iPad app hasn't been able to archive since 2014-08-20 ! I recently got the app on my iPhone, and noticed that the iPhone's archive function works fine. Please make the archiving of tips on the iPad work again. Thanks. (When I have more time in my life I will subscribe to your more extensive email articles)
