Itβs an OK app that reminds you to drink water and to breathe to reduce stress. The hydration reminder is good. But later it advises you to breathe and to βHurry Up.β Every time I see it I cringeβhurry up to reduce stress?
Nice app
Does a nice job of keeping all my fitness data in one location. This is important for me because I use the Apple Watch, Garmin watch and the Oura ring 4. This keeps my data in one spot that I can easily look at.

I love this app. I use the widget on my home screen and my Apple Watch. The options for widgets is quite large. I have premium and highly recommend it for the watch features. The data is more accurate on steps then other pedometer apps I have tried. Support is great too. The one time I had to get help they responded within an hr on a weekend. And solved my issue right away. Overall a great app

Dank der App kann ich endlich meine Schritte direkt auf der Watch sehen. Als ich mich wegen langsamer Synchronisierung an den Entwickler gewendet habe, hat dieser sofort reagiert und nach zwei Tagen ein Update rausgebracht. Das hΓ€tte ich nie erwartet und vor allem nicht so schnell.

I love the new look. It would be great if it could log my blood pressure. Having all my health logs in one c place would be great, maybe in next upgrade? Much better than previous versions. One of the best, if not the best health app I have the privilege of using to date. I am very pleased with the overall function of this software, its powerful and simple to use. This is most certainly amazing. I love this app and all it offers. Great functionality, accurate, and amazing interphase. I love this health widget, and I use it daily. Itβs a life saver. I recommend this app to all who are concerned about their health, and to those not monitoring their health, should start now by trying this app, you wonβt be disappointed using it.
