Program is intermittent on counting calories you add the food but it dose not record it when you exit it and go back to it the food you entered isn’t there what do I need to do?

Impressed with the technology.
I hope this is the future for all medical. I haven’t been able to access the blood sugar portion as advertised but hoping to find it for my diabetic mother. Just want to see if it’s accurate.
