This app does not work more than it does. It crashes, does not load at times, and difficulty finding information that is needed so itβs not very user friendly. Please improve it!

Apps no longer loads. Closes each time I try to open it. Deleted and reinstalled several times with the same issue.

Issue with fraud alerts
Need an automated texting system that allows you to confirm purchases. Often times there is suspicion for fraud during the weekend which is non-working hours for HEFCU staff. Therefore you can not make purchases with your card on the weekends.

Transfer payment
I see that you donβt have the ability to accept payment transfer from outside banks, like if my friend owed me money and they wanted to pay me via there phone from there account they canβt do it. When you get this service then I will give you a 5 star rating.
