I booked for doctors appointment and paid money online but in app appointment was not booked
I mailed them couple of times regarding this
Still no response from them
If I havent received my money back I will escalate this issue

Non reachable TPA
Worst TPA. Even after month of follow up no action taken on the complaint. Escalation matrix is also useless, either no one will pick up and if someone picks up, will give you false assurance
