It can help you check things like: • Recent workouts • Workout type and duration • Available heart-rate samples • Data sources • Recording device • Last recorded sample • Relevant HealthKit data Instead of simply showing “No Data,” HealthLens helps you understand what may be missing. WORKOUT INSPECTOR Explore recent workouts and see which health data was recorded alongside them. Check whether a workout contains data relevant to metrics such as Cardio Fitness or Cardio Recovery.
