As a HealthLNK member, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep. Communicate with HealthLNK in realtime through direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for HealthLNK members and you can't use the app unless you're already a member. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
