Totally Useless
I entered several minor issues that you might seek emergency treatment for from a minor cut to a headache to a stomach ache. Every outcome was go to the nearest bay care center which is always closed and it doesn't even offer any other options. If you think you need medical assistance either drive yourself to the nearest emergency room or emergency care center or call 911. Do not waste precious time on this useless app.

Really helpful!
Not only does the app give you info on my symptoms, it directs you to the most appropriate facility and lets you set up an appointment. You can even use it to talk to a doctor right through the app!

Such a wonderful app for me and my kids. I used to get so overwhelmed when me or my kids had an unknown pain or a broken bone.
Now it's much more stress-free and I have more control in how I choose how to diagnose and take my kids to the ER or just see a doctor. A must have.

Utterly Useless
It's completely useless. Anything more than a common cold, they "recommend" you go to their doctor. At least with WebMD, it gives you what you a laundry list of what you "might" have, what it is, how it's diagnosed, and how doctors treat it. With WebMD, you could at least make an educated decision and understanding of what you "might" have. There's no point in this app. I was hoping to be more accurate than WebMD THEN a suggestion to go to the doctor. Because I don't want to go to a doctor if it's something I can wait out or treat at home.
