Worst insurance
My OB have provided all the right diagnosis and lab results for my meds but it still got rejected. Since first trimester up until my third, all my meds were rejected. They don’t state the reason for rejection. To think this is my second pregnancy and my previous one so far all the meds were approved. I don’t know what’s happening to this insurance company now. They have been rejecting all the meds prescribed for me.

OTP bug
Does anyone have this issue? I’m trying to login, after putting the details in, the app is supposed to send an OTP but I don’t receive it until the sessions is expired so I have to restart and then I’m stuck in a loop. How can I solve this please?

Its just good for generating the healthcard . Rest all functionality is limited and incomplete especially the claims submission part. Not sure anyone even tested the functionality before publishing the app

Not Opening
I can’t open the application. It just closes when I try to tap on it. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue is still there. Hoping it would be fix soon.

Worst app. It never works. Every clicks take more than 1 minute to load. Absolutely useless.

First of all, the App suddenly doesn’t allow me to login because “it’s being registered on another device”. Which was never done, this is clearly a bug that causes inconvenience.
In General the App is not very useful, for example - authorization - there are no information or details provided in requests, except for approved/rejected - no timings, no reasons, etc.

Worst support ever and never use this network
They just reject without reviewing the case, all reports was provided by the hospital by it was missed by the reviewer so i had to wait for more than 6 hours at the emergency, for just one day admission at the hospital I had to go through hell. Unprofessional team who doesn’t give any care about the patients.
Ironically they are calling me asking how did you get the insurance online or via broker !!! To complete their investigation instead of apologizing on the hell I had been through.

Hey dev team ! I can’t register . I tried with med net number and my emirates id.
I’m 100 % sure I put my info correct.
But have the same error: wrong number or date of birth. I tried it 10 times it’s just doesn’t work !
