My experience
healthPiper has completely transformed the way I approach psychiatric care. The app is incredibly easy to use, and the quality of care is unmatched. The clinicians are skilled, compassionate, and always make me feel heard. It’s simple, and the whole process feels seamless and convenient. It’s clear they’ve set a new standard for mental health care, combining technology with top-tier clinical expertise. Dr. Freedman is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had because he actually cares about his patients well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and convenience in one place!

Was great
Started service in 21, it was a really great experience at first. Doctor changed multiple times with little notice, then RX shortage hit it became more of a hassle. They used to be very helpful, but as it grew quality diminished substantially. Now I have roughly 4 months of fees for scrips I can’t get filled. And instead of just refunding my money they play the run around. Beware.

No response :/
I've had the app since February and still no response from anyone to help me :( I tried again today, hopefully someone will respond to schedule me...
Very poor and unhelpful
I wrote a review earlier but it never got posted. This was a waste of time. If you are “severe” like myself needing care for anxiety and depression, don’t bother. I think they probably just shove random stuff at people if they do see you. What a joke.
Great service but horrible app
The doctors are great and provide excellent service and follow ups worth 5 stars however the app itself is horrible. If you leave the app right after sending a message 9/10 it’s undelivered and has to be resent. Notifications are on within the app and settings but still don’t receive notifications when my doctors trying to contact me. If this app can get updated the app would easily be 5 stars. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Great service, horrible app.
I have no complaints regarding the care provided by this company. Dr. Munjuliri is the best psychiatrist I’ve worked with and has a great understanding of ADHD. It’s relatively low cost for someone with no insurance who needs access to quality mental health care. The app on the other hand is awful. Even with notifications turned on I never get notifications and will go days without knowing my doctor is reaching out to me but the most irritating thing of all is how your last message you sent never clears the message box. You send a message (that almost always says undelivered, even though it did send.) and when you open the app again that same message you sent is still in the message box and you have to delete the last message you already sent to be able to send a new message. If these small inconveniences got fixed I’d give the app 5 stars!

Patient confidentiality breach
Lindsay Huges was completely out of place by sharing my personal information without my consent and sending the police to my home when I told her I needed medication for my anxiety. These people are not qualified to make a diagnosis. Idea is good, execution is terrible.
Life Changing!
I am so happy I found this app!!! Dr. Rain is amazing and couldn’t say enough how my life has change because of HealthPiper!
Very impressed!
I’ve been using them since September 2021 and have had nothing but the most positive experience. Both doctors I’ve had were UCLA grads with sound advice and appear to be sincere and compassionate which is not what I’m used to dealing with in psychiatric offices. I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to take time to do this one because they’ve exceeded all my expectations and on a selfish note, I want them to do well because they’ve set the bar for health care so high, I couldn’t replace the standard of care I’ve been receiving.

Sign up! You won’t regret it!
I HIGHLY recommend HealthPiper for if you are struggling with depression, ADHD, sleeping problems, anxiety and more and if you need good help NOW.
You start of with a virtual meeting (like Zoom) with the Docter and concierge and then after that they send, if needed, prescriptions in to the pharmacy you want and they also stay in touch with the you.
They even provide tips for how to communicate with the pharmacy for example.
I feel very safe and respected by Health Piper because they operate on your level and they always make sure you got every you need. I can text the concierge and the Dr. 24/7 and they seriously ALWAYS reply quick.
It feels like a warm bath.
With Health Piper you are assured of the right treatment for a low price. No hidden fees.
So, You won’t regret it.
Thank you Health Piper!

Wonderful quick service! But the staff is what makes it amazing
It was easy and quick to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan, yet it somehow felt like the staff understood my struggles more than any other doctor I’ve ever been to, even in such a short amount of time. After days of having disrupted sleep due to racing thoughts, I decided to install this app. It was mainly for convenience, as I couldn’t find any local appointments in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did the staff reply immediately, but the assessment and video call were super in depth. The amount of empathy every member of the staff showed me made me feel so much better about the way my brain operates, and I’m so confident that this is the path to finally taking care of my mental health. Thank you once again for being so kind and thorough. If you’re on the fence, definitely give this a try!

I Love my doctor!
Apparently he’s from UCLA medical center, helping me over come a lifetime of struggles. Thank you! For everything! The staff is great too!
Finally, some quality care!
Let me first start off by saying that I was extremely skeptical at first, but decided to take a chance and try it and I’m sure glad that I did.
Yes, this is a super real review ;-)
I have had ADHD for most of my life and as I became older finding quality help and support from medical professionals became few and far between and then stimulant medications started to become taboo. I ended up seeing neurologists and internists and neither quite grasped the concept of living with ADHD and the role that the medication would play along with nailing down consistent daily life routines. As most of you (that are still reading this) have probably experienced, I have felt judged and not taken seriously, when all I really needed was someone with a good understanding of what it was like and how to help.
Since finding HealthPiper, the provider that I see suites me perfectly. It’s such an easy conversation, you genuinely feel cared about as a whole from the “team” that you are provided with and I find such comfort in knowing that I can talk to them about what works and what doesn’t and NOT feel judged! Which is such a relief after having felt so misunderstood for so long in this aspect of my life.
If you are on the fence about downloading this app and giving it a whirl, all I have to say is do it. It isn’t a scam and you will be pleasantly surprised. Yes, their FaceBook page isn’t really helpful and neither are the few Reddit comments you may find via Google when trying to determine if this is legit - but trust me, they’re the real deal and they will even help you navigate through some common medical barriers.
I hope this review helps you in your decision and to stomp out one last shred of doubt, because I was once there... No, I didn’t receive anything for writing this review either.
Stay safe!

I cannot truly express how thankful I am that this service exists and how lucky I am that I stumbled upon it.
For years I’ve struggled with what I thought was depression and nothing seemed to mitigate it. I began believing that life was just that way and that every single day was going to be an immense struggle one after the next. I continued living that way for way way too long.
I began accessing resources that were available to me about this time last year. I spoke to several therapists and a psychiatrist about my affliction and it was decided that I suffer from depression. I tried the regimen offered by the other service and my life just got worse. Dull. Lazier. Laughless. Not at all what I wanted in a treatment for depression.
When I had spoken about these awful side effects from the antidepressants to my previous doctor, she seemed dismissive and just told me to keep taking the meds and see what happens. I just felt helpless because previously I would have never thought I could have felt worse than I did before.
I began seeking other opinions and was lucky enough to chat with a doctor in a non-formal setting about antidepressants and how they can be a wrong fit for someone who suffers from something other than depression. At this point I started to suspect that what I have may not in fact be depression. However, depression seemed to be a symptom of what I was dealing with.
I searched for months and waited for appointments for psychiatrists but since Covid-19 was still ravaging the country, doctor’s offices were not taking on any new patients.
Then I read about HealthPiper while browsing on google. I made an account, got an appointment and I was fortunate enough to get matched with Dr. Jesse Kumar. He’s been so understanding and helpful while I try to retake control of my life and so far it has been a success.
If you are reading this and curious about getting help to yourself in a convenient and affordable way, please do it. You owe it to yourself to try it out. Before I began the treatment offered to me, I was seriously unable to do the most basic of tasks without using an disproportionate amount of energy. Now though, life is good. I feel so much better thanks to Dr. Kumar and my service coordinator, Natalie. Thanks again you guys!

Literal Life Saver
I got the app a little before the pandemic hit because of transportation issues. It was simple to start and the people who set you up are super nice. The doctor I had was incredibly patient, had great bedside manner, and was diligent in finding solutions to my symptomatic problems.
It’s extremely convenient to be able to talk to your doctor whenever you want when normally in person at the office you only get that once a month. The changes in medication I needed were always made immediately, my progress toward a healthier mind in turbo speed compared to what I’ve gone through before having been in the mental health system for 20 years.
As someone who has anxiety to the point I pass out and have seizures, I was very impressed and appreciative of the word choices both the doctor and the helper making it to where even if I had anxiety about opening the app to talk to people, it was immediately relieved from their responses or updates.
When the pandemic hit, the whole company really did great making sure that I had enough medicine at the start so there was no way I could run out if there was a shortage for a small period which eased my anxiety. They also were understanding of the changes in the world and how it has affected the patients and their environment.
I’m a panic attack and a half and healthPiper really helped with the transition into a world disaster while also trying to get meds right. I could not have done this without them.
Thank you so much for what you do!!!

Really Helpful
I recommend them! Made the process of setting appointments really smooth, and even had appointments available the same week
My assigned provider was patient and took his time going through my background and symptoms and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’m really happy with the treatment received from health piper. Communication is always fast and convenient.
All other psychiatrist services Ive tried felt like an assembly line but healthpiper doesn’t feel that way. They’re always available to talk and respond really fast. I’m really glad I switched to them.

worth it!
with this whole pandemic, it’s was extremely hard for me to get into contact with my psychiatrist. i had called countless times only to be sent to the same automated messages. i had left 3 or 4 voice emails and didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks (while in a state of emergency battling my own mental health) before i decided to try this app.
i downloaded the app and within minutes, i was talking to an actual person! such a sweet and helpful person. she gave me a mental health evaluation survey and within 3 days, i had a video chat appointment with an amazing psychiatrist Dr. Kumar. he is so smart and trustworthy. very quick at responding and i appreciate his help so much! this app is worth every penny! get it! right now!!

Not as Responsive as They Claim
The reviews had me excited but I have waited 4 days to get started with this app and they left my responses on “read”. If you want prompt service you will be disappointed.
Best Medical App ever
Dr Freedman helped me get my life back in track. They have great communication and actually seem to care about my well being.
I recommend them 1000 times over!!!
