Does not work
The App is useless. I have no problem logging in on the website but the App does not recognize my user name and password. Last update was a year ago. You should pull this app from the store.
Can’t log in
I can log in on my computer but not on the ap on my phone. I already deleted it.
Needs an update
This app doesn’t work. You can not log in with your username and password that you would use to log into their website. Not even sure why this app exists if no one can log in.

As others have said, you can’t log in, so it’s useless. How can you have an app that just doesn’t work? How can a developer not be held accountable for something like that? Super weird.

You always need to update password and login information.
Couldn’t even log in
Put in my log in info about 10 times. “Username or password incorrect” and then I just used my browser and it logged right in.

The website has me enter my company name first, though. Maybe that is what is missing on this app.

Log-impossible
How can you prompt (force) someone to download an app that doesn’t work?! Upon trying to review a message and/or document online it’s impossible unless you download their app! Tired of al the loopholes created just to force people to buy into a product that doesn’t work!! Login will not recognize username and password!

Hair puller
This is one of the hardest, least user friendly apps ever. When it works it’s great. When you need it most it’s suddenly time to renew password, which is complicated. It’s like they don’t really want you to use the app.

This app does not work. My log in credentials work fine on my Mac but refuse to work in this app. Pull it off the store and fix it.

Still not letting me access...”incorrect login”. Desktop works fine, just not the mobile app. 😥
Username will not work
This APP does not work. I attempted several times to login with my username/pw that I use for my website. This does not work. I created a new password, still will not work. Will delete and go back to using site instead of app.
