What's New in HealthSync for Home Assistant

1.6.1

August 18, 2026

New health metrics — toggle any of these on in Settings: blood pressure, resting heart rate, walking heart rate, heart rate recovery, AFib burden, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, body temperature, blood glucose, BMI, body fat percentage, lean body mass, height, and waist circumference. New: recover historical data for any metric (or all of them at once) from Settings → Sync History — useful if you started using HealthSync after you'd already been tracking something for a while. Shows real progress on big syncs (sent / remaining / percent) and picks up where it left off if paused. Fixed: sleep duration could be double-counted if more than one source (e.g. Apple Watch plus another sleep app) logged the same night. Now uses whichever source tracked the most sleep, so totals match what you see in Health.
