So glad they made the app finally!
I was using their services before it became an app and it’s the best service I’ve used. Very professional and clear. Plethora of accounts and matches available. I know a family member who used their services before and got married. Very happy that they’ve made it an app to help the singletons out here!

Great concept, poor privacy controls
Great concept, but major privacy and UX concerns
I really wanted to like this app. The concept of a Muslim marriage platform aimed particularly at healthcare professionals is great, the app itself looks good, and I really like the privacy around photos being blurred and only viewable once.
Unfortunately, the matching process has a major flaw. You have to match with someone before you can view their photo, but if you then realise there isn’t compatibility or initial attraction, there is no simple option to withdraw the match. There is also no in-app messaging, and personal contact details can be visible to matches unless you remove them.
I contacted the team about my concerns and was advised that I should use a placeholder number or provide a wali’s number, contact the match via email to explain that we’re incompatible, and then block their number if necessary. While I appreciate their response, I don’t think users should have to rely on these workarounds. Imagine having to email someone that you don’t find them attractive, or what do you say in those situations??
There should be a simple option to withdraw after viewing a photo, in-app messaging, and personal contact details should only be shared when both parties consent. Like a button or something where both can select and agree on
The £50 monthly subscription also makes these shortcomings much harder to overlook. If the app was closer to £30 a month, I probably wouldn’t feel as disappointed, but £50 is a significant amount of money for a dating/marriage app, particularly for people on lower incomes. At that price point, I expected basic privacy, communication and matching controls to already be built into the service.
It’s a shame because I genuinely like the concept and think it has a lot of potential, but in its current form I don’t feel the £50 subscription represents good value for money. It was a waste sadly

Sincere platform
After seeing HealthyNikahs service through instagram for some time and then joining them before app launch, I am very confident to say a big Allahumbarik to them and their service. Now with the app, everything has become more streamlined and easier to navigate; especially since you’re able to test physical compatibility in app after matching, eliminating any time wasting.
I’ve seen that personally, all individuals that I’ve attempted/matched with are on the platform with sincere intentions and abide by halal as much as possible. As someone young, I really am grateful for this as this means that their vetting process works and I don’t have to deal with unserious candidates that you get on other mainstream apps…
Now a thing I’ve noticed is that the no. of profiles is extremely large mashallah, to the point where many foreigners are signed and signing up.
I’ve seen that personally, all individuals that I’ve attempted/matched with are on the platform with sincere intentions and abide by halal as much as possible. As someone young, I really am grateful for this as this means that their vetting process works and I don’t have to deal with unserious candidates that you get on other mainstream apps…

Misleading
This app is so misleading. Makes you sign up with a whole profile and details only to be told you need to pay £50 to access the app after doing all that. Money-making scam
