connectivity for tracking

Lame. If you use apple watch, lose it or Map my run, they dont connect to this app. Not convenient by any means for apple people

How do I give 0 stars?

This app doesn’t work, you can’t login, it’s pointless. The first thing it does is ask you to search for your organization, but the search function doesn’t work and then the app does nothing 0/10 would not recommend.

Literal garbage

Doesn’t sync, password is constantly not working and won’t properly reset, entirely frustrating and WORTHLESS app.

Creates Stress not Health

The app keeps crashing and then says “sorry we cannot log you in right now - try again later.” When it is working, it seems convenient to have on your phone. However, it has crashed 4x during my last 20 minutes of use causing more stress. The health app is supposed to increase your overall wellness not add stress. Maybe with future updates this will improve.

Not impressed

Won’t even let me sign in, keeps asking me to search for an organization but even when I type it in in any form it just says not found. Not impressed

Fails to save login settings

Most functions are competent enough but the app is ruined by its failure to save login settings. It’s a coin flip whether or not I’ll have to login manually. Some times it will save the setting to use Face ID and then the next time I login it will require password and when I check my setting Face ID is unchecked again. It’s borderline unusable in this state. This could be a convenient way to log BP, weight, etc. plus complete tasks but it is ruined by the sloppy login.

Absolute Worst

This is the absolute worst health app. My employer recently switched to a new insurance company and we are stuck using this to track steps. Used to use Go365 which was simple when it came to syncing between device and app. This app has no direct integration with Apple and its health app.

A complete waste of time to try to track steps.

No integration with applehealth

Manual step tracking is obsolete. Using a third party app that also requires a third party fitness gadget is also ridiculous when I have a phone with a health app that already tracks my steps.

App support lacking

Just echoing the reviews that say this app NEEDS to support Apple Health App and other common apps. Under Armour Record, for instance, has been unavailable for over a year and no support for nearly a year. What good is this app if it can’t at least track steps from Apple Health?

Doesn’t work for me

I used to be able to log into my health portal on the web. Now they have this app, which seems to be nothing more than a web browser. Now I cannot find my health records, nor enter new data about blood pressure, weight, steps, or exercise. The links for it are gone. When I try to log in, I’m successful, but when I try to get to the health data, it loops. There’s a blank screen at the top with the word “done”. Pressing that only logs me out.

Garbage

I have insurance through quartz who pushed me to download this app. Can’t even get logged in correctly. I’m just going round in circles. Horrific usability. Not much better than keeping track using paper and pen.

Please update app

Does not let you manually update your activities. Does not connect to you iPhone health app for steps. Limited app connections.

poorly implemented

No apple health integration, can’t tell when you’re actively using the app and kicks you out, bad interface, bad bad bad.

Login every single time?

Uh, no. I refuse to use an app that requires me to login every single time.

Convenient Tracking!

I’m able to view my points earned for my work incentive program and take my wellness assessment on the go. Really helpful when I have my phone all of the time but not a computer!

I thought the reviews were old and overreacting, I was wrong

This app is basically just a web app. Meaning it has the same functionality as their website. I thought the app might give me access to link my fitness data from Apple Health like the previous and now defunct app allowed. But it doesn’t. And linking Fitbit to use the step count from my iPhone didn’t work either. (Also didn’t work on their website). So they have no way to get the easy data Apple provides via Apple Health app, Apple Watch, or Fitbit. Probably the lion share of options out there for iPhone users. Cerner failed at this. Badly.

Won’t Let Me Sign In

This app is garbage and won’t let me sign in even though my credentials are correct. There isn’t even a contact for support on the app on the sign in.

Great idea, great concept but....

Why isn’t there an iWatch component? We spend hundreds (literally) on a device that does all the things you mention, track steps, swimming, running, heart rate, sleep but it will not work with your app. Instead we have buy another (many are of less quality) app to sync with this specific app. Grrrrrr very frustrating and not really consumer friendly when millions of people own an iWatch.

Does not work

I tried ti enter my access code as indicated by my employer and it does not work. Crappy app.

Features??

I use the original health portal app HealTheLife, which I signed up for through work and my insurance. I primarily use HealTheLife to keep track of my appointments and all of the information that follows the appointments (like lab results, contacting my dr, ect;). I downloaded this version as my employer said that the original would be taken down in September. Will all of the actual health features be available? Will I be able to see all of my upcoming appointments, contact my doctor, view appointment results? I am pregnant, and having quick and easy access to these things are extremely important to me- I don’t need another fitness tracker. That’s why I have my watch and the connected apps. I need a patient portal that allows me easy access to my health information. What’s the point in having a health app if it doesn’t have anything to do with my medical stuff? Why get rid of the old app if this new one doesn’t carry nearly as many of the helpful features, the reasons I downloaded it to begin with? Seems more beneficial to delete both and just go back to the old fashion call my doctor with any kind of question if it won’t be Available through your apps. Please let me know so I know how much of time to waste. Thank you!
