Painful
Want to shift from Amazon. On-boarding was painful. Said my password wasn’t 3+ chars but it was. Had to register on the web. Not a great start.
Frustrating app
Love Healthy Planet, but app is too glitchy to use. Constantly see “no internet connection” error message whenever searching for a product, editing a wishlist, or adding to basket.
This app is useless as is.

Pricing issues
App is great at first… but to do simple searches or load account information it constantly pops up with “no internet connection”. You have to put through your action several times before it takes.
Also when searching for products it returns results only showing the regular prices. Once you tap on the product is when you see it’s on sale. I’d like to see the sale price on the search results page. I gave up on the app after that and will do my shopping on their website. I find the app unreliable. Hope it gets fixed soon.

This is a pharmacy, not a supermarket
I may occasionally like to buy supplements once a year but I would like to buy groceries every week. The website and app does not sell anything fresh. Just ultra-processed foods and shelf-stable supplements. A real grocery app would show their flyers.
