Terrible app
It won’t let me create an account. And the test your tolerance website also is messed. I keep sending a “reset password”. No email in my inbox or junk folder.
Fix The Login Issue!
Same as other users… Can’t get past the login page. This is not a cooking subscription!, it’s medical info, it’s IMPORTANT!. Please prioritise fixing this BEFORE advertising for more sales to a product ( & app) your users cannot even use! Terrible!

App doesn’t work and can’t track my test
I can’t even log into the app, it just freezes and when I go online on my computer to track my test it just freezes on the loading page. Very disappointing. I hope I don’t have to wait too long for my results.

I wonder how many one-star ratings do developers need to fix the app that doesn’t work from the very first screen?
App does not work
I can log in through the web (from a secure WiFi) but cannot log in through the app. Have tried multiple times resetting passwords, deleting and reinstalling the app - nothing. The main screen freezes and nothing happens.
Until this is fixed the company really shouldn’t promote the app - and it’s flexibility to acquire your results faster - when it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

App not working
I have had the same issue as other reviewers. The login function is not working. The whole process with the company (the othering of tests, waiting on results) has been slow, unreliable (one test was missing) and frustrating.

I can log in to the allergy test website with my email and password. When I enter the same email address and password into the app, it doesn’t work. It’s pointless. Why did the allergy test company bother with the app? What a waste of time. I’ll just go to the actual website.

Wont even let me log on despite me resetting my password. Haven’t heard anything about my samples being received and it’s been 5 days (which after 48hrs the blood would no longer be a viable source) so I am incredibly dubious about this company and honestly it feels like a scam. Don’t recommend wasting your money, time and blood on these people.

App does not Work
Havent received my test results yet, so not a huge concern. But unable to sign into App. Chatted with representatives of app, and many countless password changes, still unable to access app. Now i can go online and use my account, which will have to do. But why promote app that doesn’t work. Does not leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling about company, especially being a first time customer.

Pointless App
Doesn’t have any results linked from previous tests and when I asked customer services they said they are working on it with no date in mind. That was months ago and still no traction. App does nothing.
