Совет- для тайминга установить сигнал(вибру) через каждую четверть времени, для внутренней/наружной, верхней /нижней чистки, так хоть реально будет польза. Такой стоит на электрощетках

Excellent toothbrushing app

This is a simple app that doesn't take up too much space on phones, and yet a very useful app to have to help maintain oral health and makes keeping track easier. I like the animation demonstrations that show how to brush your teeth correctly - the timer is excellent for me.
