Not being accurate
The first couple days of downloading the app it worked just fine, after two days however, it won’t show what it needs to show and isn’t not letting me access what I need to access. I tried updating the app but that did nothing.

Everybody should get Wic at the start of their pregnancy
I got Wic at six months and realized I should’ve been getting it the whole time very helpful especially when you have to buy formula just don’t miss any appointments and your beneficial stay active. The apps been nice to see how much money or can the formula I have left for the month I do wish they would give us more of a food package, but it’s all right. I’m not complaining too much. I mean even if they just gave us money for formula it’s super helpful. It saves me like 250 bucks a month just on formula

This is very messed up ! you can not get through to anyone from this office , and can not open my app it’s very frustrating having to try to figure this out , NOT USER FRIENDLY

Horrible app that continuously lags and crashes. Dumb it doesn’t let you provide a password and you have to receive a code EVERY SINGLE TIME it crashes out. Their website is not any better!! It’s like they do not want people to be able to apply for benefits!!!

Stupid app
Don’t even want to give it a one star… I had to go through so much verification that I ended up deleting the app. All I want to see is if I’m sick or not. I have the rights to see if I’m sick or not, I don’t give an F about the security of this app. It’s like if the government is seriously trying to hide something from you. Now I hope this review gets posted because I’m pretty sure they’re going to review my review for verification if it’s going to get posted since I cursed. FYI I was forced at the end to give it a one star in order to upload but so you know I never wanted to give a star.

The app quit working two days ago. My data just vanished. It will not let me add my data back.

Yesterday, Friday, June 15, 22, I call early in the morning to make an appointment for the same day. We took the test before 10 in the morning and today Saturday at 3:00 pm, I received the Negative results.
The Wanda Winter Havennurse was excellent with us and even made us laugh. He was very kind and empathetic.

Stopped receiving Test results
As a Federal Employee I must go for weekly Covid testing. For the first few weeks I got my test results which then I sent to my Direct Supervisor to enter into LEAF. I have send 3 messages through the site ….No Response! My employment is now in Jeopardy as I am deemed non compliant.
