Clumsy app
Login manual entries are limited by predetermined choices, not very accurate to logged food.
Enjoyed it Until the Step Tracker Stopped
I have enjoyed this app. I wish there was a way to add in a food item in the calorie tracker. That feature can feel a little limited but I made it work. I haven’t been able to use the step tracker for a long while now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it wasn’t fixed. Any help would be most appreciated. ☺️

This app is lame
What a piece crap! Trash! It crashes every time! I’m goin to uninstall now!
Horrible
Doubles all my step counts with my watch. Not accurate at all
Does not utilize Apple Watch information
I wear my Apple Watch daily. I have made sure all settings are correct. Steps from my Apple Watch do not show up in this app. They show up in every other app I use. Very disappointing. Useless.
Useless
They have lucky that we can’t give half of stars. I download it to get company benefits but this app have a poor quality.
Hard to load
If I am going to use an app it should be easy to load and use. This is not. Loaded and then promptly deleted this app.
Step Count is not Accurate with Apple Watch
I discovered that when I sync my steps with this app, it logs significantly more steps than what displays for the daily total in Apple’s Health Kit.
This appears to be the result of a bug. Instead of pulling the daily steps from Health Kit, the app pulls the total steps from every device connected to your iPhone. So, if you go and run 3 miles with an Apple Watch on your wrist and an iPhone strapped to you arm, at the end of the day the HealthyNow app will sync 6 miles worth of steps.
I was using the app to more easily upload my steps for the wellness challenge at work but after a month (when it became apparent something was off) had to go back and update each day’s data to be accurate. All I can recommend is to not use this app to log steps until they fix this.

Glitchy/Buggy and Difficult to use
Linked the app to my phone so it could track my steps so I don’t have to log my steps manually, but for some reason the app will add extra steps to my day. One day the app showed that I took over 18,000 steps but I really only has about 7-8,000.
Also, tried tracking my calories, but it’s difficult to enter the food I’ve eaten. Too many chain restaurant meal options. I don’t dine out that often.

Inaccurate step counts; No longer maintained?
When pulling updates from HealthKit, HealthyNow inflates my step count greatly. It’s too bad because this app’s connectivity with my work’s wellness portal makes it really convenient to send my steps in automatically. It appears Cerner no longer maintains this app. The last App Store update was more than 4 years ago.

Why? Just why?
To put it bluntly, this is the only tracking app that I’ve used that is totally useless. Everything is a manual input. It supposedly links to your devices for data but it doesn’t. Food tracking is vague and difficult to use while providing no nutritional information. It doesn’t alert you of challenges because you have to sign up through your computer. A mobile app is a complete waste since it doesn’t do anything. I am trying to figure out why I even have this on my phone.

The Worst
This app is terrible. I have been fighting this app for the past year trying to get steps to register for my wellness portal. It’s basically stealing money from my pocket because I am not receiving monetary incentives for steps I take but not recording
Atrocious
This app has horrible searching algorithms. Apparently the only food that can be eaten must be branded. Hard to navigate. Doesn’t actually filter.
Will this ever be updated?
I called the developer company over a year ago and was told that it would be updated by the end of 2018. It's now approaching 2020. But no update.
This app needs serious updating. It's been over a year since the last update. Developers, there are new screen sizes with new iPhones and FaceID. Also, please add recognition for more than just steps and weight from HealthKit, but also workouts in Apple Health.

Awful
Considering this is used by several multi-billion dollar company’s I expected more. This might make the cut for worst app ever used on an iPhone.
Inconsistent & inflexible
This app is borderline useless. You can log something in one day and the next that exercise has been disabled. The app previously allowed counting steps with my Fitbit but it was “disabled by administrator” 3 months ago with zero explanation!
App review
This app is not user friendly, it takes too long to search for what you are looking for. Logging you food is not easy, I use My Fitness pall fr logging food as well as exercise which doesn’t get me the points of insurance.
Useless. Doesn’t count steps accurately.
This app is useless. I downloaded it to make competing in a corporate step-challenge more convenient. It did no such thing. I have worn an Apple Watch for years, and find that it’s generally accurate. The step count this app displays is DOUBLE the amount. I thought that the Apple Watch information would feed into the app, but it isn’t. I have no idea where this app is getting the step count it’s showing. Now it looks like I’m cheating in the competition, just because this app is fudging the numbers.

Apple Health Sync still broken
This app would sync steps from my Apple Watch back in 2017, but somewhere along the way that broke and still won’t capture step data in the wellness platform. This is the only reason I have this app and it won’t do that simple function. Please fix.
Needs to be more compatible
App needs to be more compatible with other electronic health devices. Like the Apple Watch, Samsung watch etc. I should not have to log what I have logged in my other health apps again, also have to manually log steps that my watch app keeps track of. (Not everyone likes or has a Fitbit.)
