To record your heart sound, place the bottom of your iPhone on your left chest or collarbone in a quiet place. Remove any phone cover and press "Listen." Move the phone until you hear a heart sound, then press "Record." Press "Stop" when finished. You can then save, personalize, and share the recording.
To check your pulse rate, gently place your fingertip over the iPhone camera and flash, ensuring your finger covers both. Stay still for a few seconds while the app detects your pulse. Your results will then appear on the screen, and you can save or track them.
