A few years back I bought a Grateful Dead Time Machine, an Arduino music player that streams GD shows available on Archive.org. My only complaint about it was that I couldn't take it with me when I was out of the house. So after Bob Weir passed earlier this year, I decided to take matters into my own hands and build one on my own. This player will stream any Bob Weir show, from the earliest Grateful Dead shows to his last Dead & Co, run, if it is available on Archive.org. The use of the app is meant to be intuitive as the GDTM: Dial in a date, click on search. If you get confused, listen to the music play!

This was a pretty big change. I added two new tabs to the main search screen, favorites and band search. You will also notice now that your search results now include a heart icon. Just press on that icon and that show is now saved. The other change was to allow for limiting your search results to a particular band. So if you are in the mood for some furthur and not for Bobby and the Midnites or any other band for that matter, you select the third tab and pick one band and a date and then click search. Thanks for all of your thoughtful suggestions it really helps. And remember: This app is free, no tracking and no commercials, just like what the tapers did before me.
