Why can’t I play podcast episodes I order of publication?

I love the app’s ability to help me find new podcasts I like. I found several new dramas I think I’ll enjoy. Unfortunately, your app seems unsuited to playing audio dramas.

I can’t find any way to sort episodes oldest first, or to play them oldest first. “Play all” starts with the most recent episode of the most recent season, regardless of which season I’m viewing in the app.

I tried downloading episodes, starting oldest first. When I played downloads, it started with the newest downloaded episode, not the oldest.

I can’t be the only user who wants to hear episodes in the order the podcast producer intended.

Please help me!!! If I have to move to yet another podcast app hoping to find good content and functionality, I think I’ll cry.
