I followed the instructions for the hearing test and it was so loud that my ears are still ringing. This app could give a person tinnitus.

What a waste of money. Should be illegal to sell and app that does absolutely nothing. App makes no sense and doesn’t improve or enhance the hearing aid features on the apple pro air pods

I purchased Air Pods Pro 2 and believed the cost of this app was required. After paying and downloading, I realize it was a program that was not required, and I should not have purchased it. I see they are located in Cupertino where Apple Park is!!? The app from Apple seems to be much more efficient.

There should be some type of class action against this type of thing, only negative reviews but scores a satisfactory rating of four, it gives a generic hearing test that I hear every thing and says I may have a hearing problem. And the app does nothing. And if you try to contact them , the form is too large for the screen on your phone, and you can’t get to the send button. I cannot believe Apple would even allow this type of scamming on their platform!

Waste of money
I foolishly thought I’d be able to try it out to see if they helped. The “hearing test” is a joke. I know I have hearing loss. I have been tested by an audiologist several times and recently hit the point where they recommended hearing aids. According to this “test” I have no hearing loss. Then it goes straight to “hand over $99 per year”. No thank you.
I just wasted nearly $200 on a set of mediocre earbuds.

SCAM
DO NOT PURCHASE! It does not do the hearing aid function. It does do the volume and hearing test. No way to try it before purchase. It said cancel at anytime but it already has me down for a full year before it will cancel. I am out $99 and I am very unhappy! Hoping the manufacturer contacts me and makes nice before I go to social media.

Complete misrepresentation
Didn’t add anything to the free app. When I found out, I could not get a refund despite going to the app site I’m out $100 for garbage. Do not get this app.
