Hearing Aid Finder & Tracker

Lost a hearing aid somewhere in the house, the garden or the car? Scan, pick it from the list, and follow the signal until you are standing right on top of it. Hearing Aid Finder & Tracker uses the Bluetooth signal your hearing aid gives off to tell you whether you are getting warmer or colder. People find aids in sofa cushions, recliners, deep grass and leaf litter with it, usually within a few minutes. See it before you search. One tap lists the Bluetooth devices around you with a rough distance for each. Hearing aids are sorted to the top. If your aid is not in that list, the app tells you why instead of sending you looking. Follow the signal. The hunt screen shows a radar and a FAR to NEAR bar, and beeps and vibrates faster as you get closer. You can keep your eyes on the floor and your hands in the grass. You do not need to watch the screen. Ring it out loud. If your aid is still connected to your phone, one button plays a loud tone through the aid itself. That is the fastest way to find one that fell into a chair or a bed, and if you cannot hear it, someone else in the room can. Left and right, kept straight. Both aids look the same to Bluetooth, so you can name them Left and Right. The names are remembered, and when both are in range the app tells you which one it is tracking. Last known location. If the aid is out of range, the map shows where your phone last saw it and when. You will also get a notification if it comes back into range later, even with the app closed. Distances in feet or metres, large text, and big buttons. What Bluetooth can and cannot do. An aid with a flat battery gives off no signal, and some models use a closed Bluetooth connection that no app on any phone can see.
