Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. The left AirPod draining faster than the right is a hardware/battery issue on the AirPods themselves rather than something our app controls, so we'd recommend checking it with Apple Support, as it may qualify for a battery service. About the hearing test: after completing it, your personal hearing profile needs to be selected and amplification turned on from the main screen for the results to take effect. If you don't notice any difference after that, please contact us through the app's support link and we'll help you get it set up properly.
