I hate going to have my aids cleaned. I have too much wax. I get ear infections and feel guilty bothering myself and the staff asking to have my aids cleaned. It usually takes me 2 to 3 hours to wait to have them cleaned. I would like to be able to clean them myself so I don’t have to go through the humiliation of getting them cleaned once again.

Artificial Intelligent hearing aids. What a Joke
Not worth the money i paid. I would like a refund so I can purchase a cheaper and better model.
OK when it connects
Works great when it actually connects to aids, too often it just won’t connect, very annoying, revert to Accessibility on iPhone on more occasions than via the app.
Apple Watch
Please add the app for the Apple Watch. My former Resound app works with the Apple Watch.
Not compatible
I have very expensive hearing aids (Pure C&G AX) yet the app says they are incompatible. So the app is useless to me. I don’t know how they got such a high rating
Failure to connect to phone
Please update the app as it is failing to connect my hearing aids to my phone. One of aids is away being checked for failing to connect. Now the other aid will not connect.
Flaky
When app works it’s fine, but without warning it drops out and I have to reboot iphone to get it working again. Thought batteries were the problem as they showed up as depleted but it’s the app malfunctioning.

Wireless accessories pair problems
I have a cochlear and a heating aid. With a wireless tv streamer and a Multi mic. When I paired the two up, they are joined together rather than separated programs. Since I can’t delete one of the devices I am stuck with the Mic and I can’t use my tv streamer on my hearing aid. The app is the problem unfortunately, can’t separate them nor delete devices
