I love my hearing aids from you these are great they gave me back some of my hearing
No devices found! Not ready for retail users yet!!! Please fix!
And, no updates in last 1 year! Having several issues. Posted them last night. Don't see them here. Brochure in Walmart says it works with this App. It really doesn't work well at all and need Developer attention. Pressing the Search for a Device button gets a "no device found message even though it has paired at the Bluetooth level with iOS. I know this category of OTC hearing device is just approved by the FTC but if it is being sold at the retail level at Walmart I would like to believe that most of the bugs would be ironed out before it is mass marketed at Walmart, please. I need it to work this week not several weeks from now.
The HearingAssist brochure in Walmart shows that this App works with the HearingAssist CONNECT product. However, the HearingAssist CONNECT product is not shown in this App. Other products are.
It looks like this App and product were rushed into Walmart stores too soon to me. I sincerely hope that the Developers will QUICKLY release an UPDATE to make this a useful App for the entire product line especially the CONNECT and STREAM products. Otherwise I will return my Connect product and get my money back! I am a high tech silicon valley engineer type and I know good software when I see it. This App isn't ready for market yet!

Wonโt Pair
The app is not finding my hearing instruments. This should be an elementary step in this product. I bought these today and they are not working. If of resolution isnโt brought to me by tomorrow afternoon I will be returning them and getting my $600 back. I really donโt need this. Not recommended at all at this point. I will update if something changes. Soon!

Version (1.4.0) just downloaded doesnโt work
Says no devices found apparently looking for older versions of mine and claims the ones I am using right now cannot be found.
Not on my iPad (2 April 2021) and not on my iPhone (1 April 2021).
Give me back the previous version which worked great! Or, get version 1.4.1 out quick. 1.4.0 badly represents a great device. Fix it quick.

App does not work in iPad.
I helped my dad set these up. He was pulling his hair out trying to get his iPad to connect to the hearing aids via Bluetooth. We discovered that this app works on the iPhone and not the iPad. (Both were up to date for iOS).
