Good
Terrible user interface and some of those unlabelled sliders are dangerous. One slider made my headphones impossibly loud my ears were ringing afterwards! Plus the annual subscription of minimum £80 instead of monthly just screams scam to me.
They will just steal your money. This app is terrible and so is the service this company provides customers. Stay away
Sound kept cutting off. Wasn’t working consistently
Arnaque
I literally refuse to register before I have the opportunity to trial an app
Costly
doesn’t let you use it at all without subscribing, and even the “free” trial requires setting up auto pay which is a terrible practice
Does not leverage the microphones in ear buds. The limitation of using only iPhone microphone makes it difficult to use.
App wont even open until you agree to a monthly subscription
Making sure you know I don’t need your subscriptions so unsubscribe if that’s what happened when I downloaded the wrong app!!
Constantly having to delete and reinstall
would love to try this if I could connect my earbuds.
the app doesnt work; we wanted to do a trial on the app; it said free trial for a week and then will charge $100 for a year. we downloaded the app and realized it automatically charged us for $100... what is worse is that the app doesnt even work... we tried to cancel and realized it has already locked us for one full year... we tried reaching out to them but no one got back to us

I signed for the trial version and found it completely ineffective and cancelled. The company charged me more than $100 anyway. I contacted the developer asking for a refund and was directed back to Apple. Apple said the developer has a no refund policy and advised me to take it up with my bank credit card. Still waiting for a resolution. I feel scammed.

Any app that requires sign up just to test is insta-delete.
I inadvertently selected this app for my new hearing aid. When I picked up my new hearing aids my doctor told me that this was the wrong app. A week after downloading, Apple charged me $99 for a yearly subscription. I immediately cancelled my subscription but Apple stated they can’t refund my money and this subscription is good until June 2026. I deleted this app since I’m never going to use it.

Not free at all. Why lie?
My hearing aids broke, so I decided to try this as an emergency backup. Used with Jabra Elite Active Gen 2 ear buds and an iPhone 14 Pro Max, this app worked, but the perceived delay was too long to really be useful. It wiil not substitute for even really ancient prescription hearing aids. Reluctantly, I cancelled my subscription.

This app only connects with Bluetooth or wired speakers/headphones not hearing aids as it alludes to in the advertisement.
