Almost perfect
Excellent concept, and extremely useful for explaining cardiac surgical procedures to patients and families. One problem I found was that the right sided distal anastamotic sites (RCA,PDA,LVB), are not listed, nor are OM2,3,4.

Heart chart
While it is good app I would like to save the file with patients name and such an option does not exist. Some options like putting the radial on hood of vein graft need to be there. I would like to contact the developer if possible and help them refine it. In the current state 3 stars.

Great documentation
This app allows me to keep a record of my cardiac cases that I can share with my cardiologists and primary docs. I can store them on my Dropbox account for remote access. It's a timesaver and is appreciated. I really like that the files are pdf's that I can access anywhere.
