Crashing - no password reset

It would be a great if it didn’t crash, forgot your login info you just made, didn’t send a password reset email. So you make a new account, fill out info, it crashes again, and doesn’t remember your login and does not send a password reset email and you have to make a new account again and it crashes again starting the cycle again.
