About

"What was his sleeping breathing rate last week? And when did the dose change?" Heart Notes is a care log for dogs with heart disease, such as mitral valve disease (MMVD). It's more than a breathing counter: sleeping breathing rate, cough, meds, dose changes and heart test results all live in one place, ready to show your vet. WHO IT'S FOR - Your vet asked you to count your dog's sleeping or resting breathing rate at home - Your dog takes heart meds, and the dose has changed along the way - You want to answer "how has he been?" at the checkup with records instead of memory COUNT BREATHS, EVEN IN THE DARK - Tap once for each breath. After 30 seconds the app works out breaths per minute (bpm) and saves it to today's log - Night mode: a dark, dim screen so you can count without turning on the lights - Mark each reading as sleeping or resting, or type in a number you counted yourself THE WHOLE HEART LOG IN ONE PLACE - Meds: one-tap check-off, daily reminders and low-stock alerts - Dose changes: log each new dose from your vet with the date and a note, and see the current dose at a glance - Cough count, fainting or wobbliness, urination, vomiting, appetite, water, weight (kg or lb) and notes - A reminder the evening before your next vet visit HEART TESTS AND STAGE - Log LA/Ao, FS, heart rate, VHS, LVIDDN and NT-proBNP from each visit - Keep the ACVIM stage your vet gave you (B1, B2, C or D) on your dog's profile - Save photos of the test reports CHARTS - Sleeping breathing rate over time, with a line on every day a dose changed - Weight, cough and heart test trends A REPORT YOUR VET CAN READ IN SECONDS - A 30- or 90-day PDF with the breathing-rate trend, dose-change markers and a list of dose changes - A day-by-day table of breathing rate, meds, cough, weight and appetite, plus heart test results and stage - Show it on your phone at the clinic, share it, or print it PAW PRINTS - A small paw stamp for every day you log. Missed days are never scolded. FREE - Every logging feature, reminders, and charts for the last 14 days - No ads and no account - Your data stays on your device only PREMIUM (optional) - Charts for 30 and 90 days - Vet-ready PDF export (your first PDF is free) - More than one dog ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS - Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. - Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. - Privacy Policy: https://pocket-tools-jp.github.io/heart-notes/privacy.html - Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Heart Notes is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give veterinary advice, and it does not tell you what a reading means. Please talk to your veterinarian about your dog's health and medication.
