Like the idea
Got this app in hopes to compete against friends. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to run in the background while I’m also using my interval timer.

Love the calorie burn feature!
Love using the Heart Rate Ninja app. It shows me how many calories I burn in each workout. This helps me push myself until I reach my calorie goal each day… and I love the competition!
Visually Appealing!
This app is hands down the smoothest heart rate monitoring app out there. I love all the colors and they even added some funny workout gifs and real time fitness stats. It’s really entertaining and keeps me focused and helps the time fly by!
Great for Treadmill Workouts!
I use this everyday at home on my treadmill. Some days I focus on “blue zone” workouts which help me reduce stress. Other days I push hard in the “orange zone” to help w my endurance. I use the armband which I find both comfortable and accurate. I am in the best shape of my life, since I started using this hidden gem.

Everyone/ Every gym needs this app!
I’ve been to many gyms that use other heart rate systems but this is by far the best one I’ve used! There are so many cool features & it genuinely keeps you motivated and engaged! Added bonus on top of everything else, my Myzone monitor works perfectly with this system!! If I could rate this app more then 5 stars I would!

Team competition is the best
Love this app! Team competitions are fun and motivating! The competition feature is my favorite. The team that hits the goal first wins bonus points. Feels great to come together as a team.

Helped improve my workouts!
Heart Rate Ninja has transformed my workouts! No more guessing when I am doing cardio and strength exercises. Now I know when I need to push harder and when to slow it down. This app is easy to use and tracks my heart rate accurately (I use a Bluetooth Armband Heart Rate Monitor). I love all of the features and the challenge every 3 months to reach the black mask by accumulating points each session. It even sends you an email after each session with a breakdown of your workout, Heart Rate Ninja is Amazing!

My gym uses heart rate ninja for group workouts. It was easy to connect my heart rate monitor and I love having a goal to work towards each season. I'm trying to unlock the black mask!

Seeing my heart rate zone lets me know exactly how I’m doing. Trying to earn enough points to unlock the next mask keeps me motivated. I love looking at the emails reports after each workout to see how I did.
