I want a refund of the 7day trial- didn’t work
I would expect the app to work. Didn’t pick up my pulse or anything.

Sorry for the inconvenience. To measure your pulse, please make sure your fingertip fully covers the back camera lens and stay still during the process. If it still doesn't pick up your pulse, could you please send a screenshot of the error to huangshengjia0916@163.com? We'd love to help you fix this immediately.
