Hi! For the most accurate heart rate reading, please make sure your fingertip fully covers the camera lens and flash, keep your finger still, and avoid pressing too hard. Please also sit calmly and keep your hand relaxed during the measurement. An incorrect finger position or movement may cause an inaccurate reading. Please give it another try with these steps. Sorry for the inconvenience. To measure your pulse, please make sure your fingertip fully covers the back camera lens and stay still during the process. If it still doesn't pick up your pulse, could you please send a screenshot of the error to huangshengjia0916@163.com? We'd love to help you fix this immediately.
