Unable to open this app, got unable to retrieve programs!!?. Also the icon was not available in the list of of other downloaded applications.

When Searching for this app icon in purchased apps, it’s icon was not available as other purchased apps. Greatly appreciate to overcome this problem beside my previous review for retrieve programs to make it open and function well Best regards
